Ms. Richman joined New Jersey Resources in 2003. As Vice President, NJR S&T and President Leaf River, she leads the team that manages NJR’s storage and pipeline assets and develops and executes new growth opportunities.
Ms. Richman’s responsibilities include leading the Leaf River Energy Center LLC in Mississippi, Adelphia Gateway LLC in Pennsylvania and S&T’s 50% equity interest in Steckman Ridge storage facility in Pennsylvania.
Before that Ms. Richman lead our commercial operations and regulatory functions at NJR Midstream to support the effective management of day-to-day customer transactions and activities. She oversaw regulatory initiatives and compliance and provided high quality customer experiences. She also served as Vice President, NJR Energy Services where she was responsible for business development, strategy and expanding NJR Energy Services (NJRES) into new market areas. Additionally, she served as Vice President of NJNG Energy Services where she was responsible for all gas supply purchases for New Jersey Natural Gas to optimize its storage and transportation portfolio. Earlier in her tenure at NJR she served as Vice President of NJRES overseeing the transportation and exchange group, business development, strategy and expanding into new wholesale markets.
Before joining NJR, Ms. Richman served as Vice President of Transportation at El Paso Corporation in Houston. During her time at El Paso, she focused on valuation and analysis as well as creating and leading a mid-marketing group. Ms. Richman received a BBA finance degree from the University of Houston – Downtown.
Mr. Kanapathy joined New Jersey Resources in 2019. As Managing Director, he oversees all midstream operations, including the Leaf River Energy Center, and ensuring the safe operation, maintenance and long-term integrity of NJR’s storage and transportation assets to reliably and efficiently deliver midstream services to its customers.
Prior to joining NJR, Mr. Kanapathy spent 33 years at Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G) in engineering and operations leadership roles in both the gas and electric areas of the business. As Senior Director Gas Operations North and Senior Director Electric and Gas Asset Strategy at PSE&G he led process improvements and drove growth for the Company through strategic initiatives.
Mr. Kanapathy received his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Polytechnic.
Mr. Dixon joined New Jersey Resources in 2015. He leads marketing and business development for NJR Midstream managing relationships with current commercial customers and developing new business opportunities.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Dixon served as Director, Marketing and Business Development for NJR Energy Services (NJRES) where he was responsible for origination and marketing for longer term customers. Before that, Mr. Dixon held several leadership positions at Columbia Pipeline Group within their commercial team where he had responsibility for optimization and logistics, customer services and fuel and measurement across the Company’s regulated transportation and storage assets.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Dixon served as Manager of Marketing for NJRES where he developed NJR’s producer services presence in key markets. He also held commercial positions at Williams Midstream and Devon Energy Corporation.
Mr. Dixon received his bachelor’s degree in Government and American Politics from the University of Virginia and received a graduate certificate from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business.
Ms. Brocklesby joined New Jersey Resources in 2023 and serves as Managing Director of Storage and Transportation Services.
Ms. Brocklesby recently joined NJR having spent the past five years as the General Manager of the Latitude Division of ESG, providing software to the wholesale energy industry. Prior to that, she served as Director of Commercial Services for an interstate pipeline in the northeast, Director of Commercial operations for a pipeline and storage company in the northeast and worked in both the telecom and defense industries.
Ms. Brocklesby has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Texas A&M Commerce, and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
