About Us

Adelphia Gateway LLC is 84-mile interstate pipeline in eastern Pennsylvania that extends from Lower Mount Bethel Township in North Hampton County to Marcus Hook in Delaware County. Originally constructed in the 1970’s as an oil pipeline, the northern 34 miles – from Bucks County to North Hampton County – were converted to natural gas in 1996 and the lower 50-miles were converted in 2022. Today, Adelphia Gateway provides up to 850,000 dekatherms of domestically produced natural gas to constrained energy markets in the greater Philadelphia region.

Adelphia Gateway is owned and operated by NJR Midstream, also known as Storage and Transportation (S&T).  S&T serves customers from local distributors and producers to electric generators and wholesale marketers through its pipeline and storage assets.

S&T is a part of the New Jersey Resources (NJR) family of businesses. NJR is a leading energy infrastructure and energy services company - and a Fortune 1000 company - that provides safe, reliable natural gas and clean energy services, including transportation, distribution, asset management and home services.
